Background: Child development may be subject to forms of motor, physical, cognitive and self-representation impairments when complex congenital heart disease (CHD) occurs. In some cases, inadequacy of both self-representation as well as the family system are displayed. It seems to be important to search the likely internal and external resources of the CHD child, and the possible connections among such resources, which may help him/her to manage his/her own risk condition. in this article we intend to approach some of the major controversies that have affected the poetry written in Cuba in recent decades: the reflection on the relationship of poetic language with reality; the writing of the limits, the remains —that what ideology hides—; the crossing of different genres and artistic languages —poetry, fiction, image—, etc. To do this, we analyze two books published by the Cuban poet Reina Maria Rodríguez: Travelling (1995) and Variedades de Galiano (2008). And their relationship to the American “Language Poets”.

As an obsessive keyword, the Pannonian mud appears in several writings of Miroslav Krleza. It represents the core of Croatian periphery, in particular the Podravina region, which was for long time untouched by modernity, and oppressed by feudal governments even after the fall of the Austrian Empire, from 1918 onwards. In this timeless place watered by the river Drava, the mud acquires a paradigmatic role like a phenomenon that causes historical conflicts. However, its ambiguous status of metahistorical symbol of a long lasting collapse is a contradictory factor, because of the consequences arising from it are unpredictable. Im Reich der Andeutungen : Bewusst mehrdeutige und missverständliche Aussagen in Mafiosi-Gesprächen. Beim mündlichen Austausch müssen sich Mitglieder der Cosa Nostra gleichzeitig an die Schweigepflicht nach außen und die Wahrheitspflicht nach innen halten. Die Sprache der Mafiosi muss daher eine semantisch indirekte Form annehmen, die dem Sprechenden seinen Spielraum lässt, um die Unvorhersehbarkeit seiner Absichten zu bewahren. Diese Sprachform hat Tommaso Buscetta dazu gebracht, dieses Milieu als „das Reich der Andeutungen“ zu bezeichnen.
